At Tia, we’re dedicated to helping women make informed choices about their health. To simplify the often-confusing world of insurance, I created a quiz that helps women identify the best plan for their needs. As part of a multi-channel lead-generation campaign, this initiative was designed to engage potential members and drive conversions beyond the Open Enrollment period.


 
 

Partnering with Tia’s clinical experts, operations team, legal team, and member services, I created an integrated content journey that included paid advertorials, a branded email drip series, plain-text outreach from the member services team, and an educational blog content series.

Goal
